All Demi Couplings regardless of size or material are rated to 25 Bar Working Pressure with the required 5x Safety Factor.  This is unique to the industry and allows customers to select a Demi aluminium unit to replace a competitor stainless steel version if the application requires higher pressure but would prefer the lighter, lower-cost option.

Following TEAM SPEC and STANAG 3756 standards, the Smartflow dry break couplings are interchangeable with other manufacturers in the industry.

Additionally, Smartflow couplings come with different o-ring options, including FDA-approved o-rings, to meet the stringent safety and hygiene standards required for use within food and beverage production.
