High-Conductivity Copper Skiving Heatsink for Medical CT Scanner Power System

We provided a batch of medical-grade copper skiving heatsinks for a global medical device manufacturer, used in the power supply system of high-end CT scanners. The one-piece skiving process realizes ultra-thin fins and high-density heat dissipation structure, with a thermal conductivity of up to 401W/m·K, which effectively solves the heat dissipation problem of high-power CT power modules. The product complies with ISO 13485 medical device quality management system, uses biocompatible materials, and has passed strict sterilization and corrosion resistance tests, helping the client improve the stability and service life of CT equipment.
