High-Precision Forged Heatsink for Aerospace Satellite Thermal Control System

We developed a customized high-strength forged heatsink for a leading aerospace enterprise, applied to the thermal control system of communication satellites. The product adopts C11000 high-purity copper material and precision cold forging technology, with a tolerance controlled within ±0.005mm, and the surface is treated with nickel plating to meet the requirements of space environment resistance. The heatsink achieves efficient heat dissipation in extreme temperature environments (-60℃ to +120℃), ensuring the stable operation of satellite core electronic components, and has passed AS9100 aerospace quality system certification and space environment simulation tests.
