New Energy Vehicle Battery Liquid Cooling Plate Project for Leading Automaker

We provided a customized liquid cooling plate solution for a top-tier new energy vehicle manufacturer, addressing the high heat dissipation demand of power battery packs. The project adopted vacuum brazing technology with 6061 aluminum alloy, achieving ultra-low thermal resistance and 1.2MPa pressure resistance. The solution effectively controlled the battery operating temperature within 25-40℃, improved battery cycle life by 15%, and passed IATF 16949 quality system certification, supporting the client's mass production of 800V high-voltage platform models.
